General Ordering Information
Being a small one-man operation, I don't have much in the way of an automated ordering system. To place an order, just contact me by phone or email and tell me what you want. I accept payments by PayPal, checks or Money orders.

For most orders I will need some basic information. You may start by identifying a set you like on the product page, and then modifying the type of wood, decorative rings, or caps. I will definetly need to know the type of screw in the butt of your cue and the length of the screw. I generally make the diameter 0.850" however I prefer to match it exactly to the stick if you can accurately measure the diameter.

After you place or order I will begin work on the protectors. Once they are completed, I will contact you for the payment; and after I receive the payment I will mail out the protectors.
Return Policy
If for any reason at all you are not completely satistied with any set of protectors, simply contact me and let me know you want to return them. I will fully refund the full purchase price. You will however have to bear the cost of mailing and insurance to return them, usually about $6.00.
